Horowhenua Tree & Garden was established in 2013 by James Petrie and Mia Walsh, and since April 2022 has been owned and operated by Bernard and Nicola Havenaar. We are still based in Foxton and will carry on providing affordable, professional tree and garden maintenance service to Horowhenua and the surrounding regions.

Bernard holds an Advanced National Certificate in Arboriculture and has worked in the industry for over a decade in New Zealand and Europe. He has worked alongside James for the last two years and throughout his career while here in New Zealand. With his extensive knowledge and practical skill set, Bernard was ideally placed to continue what James has started and take ownership of this arboriculture business.
